Ornament with snow paper

Have you ever had a dream about creating a particular card??? I dream of creations!!! All the time... I dont' even get a break when I sleep!!!!  Go Figure... anyway I wanted to create this paper, that had resist... that was stamped with color... then painted with Twinkling h20s... and then cut into pieces and added to a card that was layered... so here is sort of what it looked like in my dream.... not entirely.. this will be a process until I get it right... that is for sure... anyway... it is a beginning...

First off... generally all my cards are 5x7... this one... 4 x 5.25.... really entirely different size for me... very small.. and I have to say I felt very cramped..  no room to play... so I worked at it..

On the front of the card... you will see the Embossing Folder Plus Folder Chic Circle by Cuttlebug... which I used the folder to stencil the Turquoise ink by Ranger onto the paper... I actually sprayed it... lots of fun.. .

Then I stamped the ornaments by Just Rite... I stamped three of them.. so that I could glue them together to create a 3D ornaments...

Mounted onto purple paper... and then limeade Bazill added some gem stones and put aside... Oh the bow and gold thread that are there... they were put on later...

In side of card... or next layer... my snowflake paper... These snowflakes are by Just Rite... and I did the resist... then stamped and then painted... as planned...

I used a lot of gold Radiant Rain... and I love that ... gives an additional dimension to the painting..

I added lots of different colored gem stones... and even some pearls... snow comes in all colors..

The gold faux is gold pen around the edges...

Then On the VERY inside... I used a Winter Wishes stamp also from Just Rite... and then some scraps of that paper... I actually used the entire 8.5 X 11 sheet of painted paper on this card!!!

I love it...
Of course in real life it does look a lot different... and it is nicer than here... it is also a heavy card... many layers in a small space...

I just had three deliveries of Spellbinders... guess what I just got... all the Lacey Squares and Circles... and all the other back orders that I have been waiting for, for over a month... so I will be packing orders up... and mailing them hopefully by tomorrow...

Hope you have a really nice day... play hardy... enjoy your time creating something special... and CREATE from within....

Thanks so very much for taking time to visit my blog... I really appreciate it greatly...

Be Inspired #103 World Card Making Day

World Card Making Day is coming soon... so lets get started...
The Challenge this week on Cuttlebug Challege Blog is to start to make cards for holidays, and general card giving...
So since I LOVE TO MAKE lots of cards... I made MORE...
Here is one that I made for a group meeting a few weeks ago...
The center of it is created with a 5x5 inch square that is then punched.. and then
folded into the center.. and then folded back out again... very easy and fun to create...
I of course added some Pretties by Bonnie which I painted with my H20's... and of course I added layers of flowers on each one you see... that really gives a nice look to the flowers..
The flowers are on a piece of paper that is 3.25 x 3.25 that just slips into the center of the frame... and of course it is embossed with Kassies Brocade... with a little bit of pink ink to show off the embossing..

I used a piece of Core~dinations paper for the background... and ran that also thru Kassies Brocade folder... and then sanded the embossing... but inked the edges with Ranger inks...
A little bit of hemp twine and it is done...

Here's what it looks like in full.

Another card that was really fun to make... of course if you know me... all the cards I make are FUN... I love making cards... and love playing with paper... so it is FUN FUN FUN....
I used the other two folders from Cindy Loo set...The leaves on the background I used Bundled Sage Distressing color.. and then Vintage Photo..
I mounted it all on a very delicate pink floral paper... something I generally would never do... but I love the sweetness of this look.. I cute out some leaves... and added a Medallion from my
Medallion ART CD's.. if you haven't taken a look at them... please do.. they are so much fun to create... and each CD has all the info you need to create this type of medallion for your cards, scrapbooks and other paper projects... so much fun...
I used a part of one of the folders in that Cindy Loo set to make the floral border and used Antique Linen ink... and then went over it with a pink distressing ink... love that look.. a little hemp twine... and then the punched border at the bottom... again I used antique linen ink to get that real old look to this card..

A very good friend... in fact one of the Paper Dolls, her Mom has Breast Cancer... and I wanted to make a card for her... so that when she came out of the hospital she would have it... so I also wanted to try this type of card... a fun little card...
I used a Spellbinder label 10 and off set the white card stock and made the card... then used the same die to make the pink front... Lots of frames of all kinds... and also used all kinds of embossing folders to add more dimension to this card... lots of love and healing went into this card... along with the PINKS for women power added...

A few pearls, a quilled flower using my trusty Cuttlebug Quilling Templates, and then a bow... and this card was frilly and loved oriented plus..

I had to leave this card until last... as it is really one of my favorite cards!!!!
I love daisies... and the medallion is made with a tile that I create so you can see the daisy...
Then I love the background paper... as I used another tile to make this background paper... printing it with a tiny grid... 7/8" large...
The paper the medallion is glued onto is Core~dinations lovely paper... which I embossed with a folder from the Heritage Group.. .it is a wonderfully ornate oval frame... very delicate and sweet... after I embossed it, I sanded it... for that soft look... love it... don't you..
I added a piece of off white dotted ribbon... and I had just enough to make the bow and run the ribbon thru the underneath part of the card... Phew... that was close.. I love the soft look of this card.. In real life the greens in the tiles match perfectly... for some reason the camera is not picking up the true colors of these tiles... but you still get the idea..
I do hope that you will make some cards for World Card Making Day... and join in our challenge...we would certainly love to have you join us there..
Thanks for visiting my blog today...

Violets

Another favorite flower of mine ... VIOLETS... love them... As a little girl I would have the patients to sit and pick a whole handful of these sweet little flowers... the stems would be about 2 inches in diameter... a lot of  Violets... my Mother would put them in this special little vase that was just the right height to show the little faces off of each little Violet... so these flowers have a very fond place in my heart... My college soriety Zeta Mu Epsilon was also based on the Violet... so it has followed me thru my life... and on our farm... I know that this is not a surprise... we have a lot of Violets growing WILD... VIOLETS... very special flower in so many ways..

I wanted to make a card for ONE ... just ONE challenge... and I did... this card is for the JUST RITE challenge... and that one alone!!!!

It is one of those cards also that took me all day to make... because every time I went to use something in my studio... it needed my attention... like clean up the punch area... re-organize them... so I can find some easier... Then I went to do the background of the Cuttlebug leaves... and re - organized them... and then the inks... etc etc.. so it took my all day to create this one card.. .but my studio is organized and cleaned up!!! YEAH... and I had a nice relaxing day on top of it...

Okay...more details..
I used a few different Spellbinders.. but I also used some the NEW Cuttlebug Embossing Plus Folders... love them. .  I hand cut the Just Rite stamps as I wanted a certain look on them... I wanted the edge of the rope to show  (which I embossed the rope with gold embossing powder by Ranger)  ..... and I wanted the center oval to have the rippled edge cut...

I embossed an extra flower stamp... and cut that out for the top of the gold frame... just as an extra .... so many times I see that on older cards... where they have carried the theme outside the frame... so that is what I have done here...

I used the Martha Stewart Pansy Corner and Border set for the white back panel... and then put some pearls all around the oval borders...

I had a friend over yesterday, and I was showing her some of the cards I had been making... she always sees them on her computer... but likes to see them in real life... she says that they look so much better in real life... we all have to realize that ... a picture is worth a 1000 words... but on the computer ... ????

This is the sketch... that we are to follow... and even though it is a circle.. mine sort of takes on an oval look, as I have ovals and circles through out the entire focal medallion... I love the way it turned out... hope that you do too.. what do you think??? Something I could have added ... or done a little bit differently???
Let me know... I am always open to suggestions... that is one good way to learn...

Oh well.....

Hope you had an enjoyable day... we had a very severe storm last night and the lower level of our home got slightly wet... like about 2 inches wet... that is where our bedroom is... so we were listening to the dehumidifier all night long... we had the stream on our land flood onto the land about 60 feet... it really rose up and swelled with water... a lot of short term flooding... so I am glad that there wasn't too much damage... a lot of very wet soil... so we will have to wait for the soil to drain prior to replanting everything that was planted last week... ugh... but that is what it is like living in the mountains... also farming... up and down... good with the bad... I think that sort of explains life in general... doesn't it???

Thanks so very much for stopping by for a visit... hope you will come back tomorrow for the Cuttlebug Challenge cards... I have quite a few that will be shown... so stop back if you get a chance...

With much Love, Light and Peace... Bonnie..

Shabby Chic Card

I love creating this style of card... I love the paper I used also... it is called Madeline by K and Company.. each piece of paper on the pad is wonderful... and this piece is just that also... How perfect this went to together for me...
When I see a card like this... I just love it... and now I have created on myself... I am so very happy about it too.
Shabby chic flowers
Okay... I am way down here... can't get the type up any higher...
Sorry but the blog does what it wants... not me...

I have added a few of the challenge needs here.. but would like to tell you that I used chalks to color the flower... and also around the distressed edges of the oval... I used the nested hearts by Spellbinder and also the ovals to cut the center medallion.  I added the antique lace, pearls and butterfly to just give some character...

The challenges that I am going to use this card for...

Dainty Cause

This card is Just Rite challenge... I love using these stamps... and so I played with them and had so very much fun.. .This card went together in a matter of minutes... I am not kidding... like maybe 10... and it was done..

First off... I used all white paper... then I cut a Chic Circle using the Cuttlebug Embossing Plus folder... then I cut two Sunflowers of each size using the Spellbinders set... I used a very pale pink chalk on these...

I cut some Martha Heart Paper lace... and edged the card also with the punch... and put a pink ribbbon around the card... the center...

Now the center of the card...
This is a Just Rite stamp of course... and I used the Just Because... this is also for a few other challenges... so I wanted to use a little bit of color... but very dainty... all the way around..

Some of the challenges..

Butterfly times Three

Oh another card for yu to see... this one is totally not like I usually do... but I love trying out different ways of creating ... and not really sure I can take this type of style... love details... love more layers.. wow.. I am really set in my ways... LOL..

Anyway... without further ADO....
Butterflies times three..

Three butterflies,
Three stripes,
Three large pearls
Three small pearls in the smaller butterflies...
and SIX = 2 x3 in the large one... lol...
Anyway... you get the idea...

The silver is Air conditioning/heating tape that you can buy at Lowe's or Home Depot... not that expensive... run it thru your Cuttlebug embossing folders... and peel off the back... and it is done... I love it...

The background is Kassie's brocade folder by Cuttlebug... It is a bright LIME...Bazill limeade... but the color didn't come out right...
the Navy strips are blue printed K and Company paper...

I lined the lime with Silver pen... to tie it all in...

The Owls' Nest Party

When I start to make a card, I gather up all the challenge requirements  that I am going to try and put onto one card... I sometimes can't fit them all onto a card... but I sure do try... Well this time, I had about 15... and actually was able to get 11 onto the card.. and the card is so funny... I love it... Usually I do a pretty card.. this is not pretty... it is cute, funny and different for me...

Well what do you think???  Cute huh???

The orange background paper is some K and Company paper... and then I took a piece of paper and using a Tim Holtz Embossing folder, create the wooden textured tree... I used some Ranger inks to create the different colors to the wood...

I painted some white cardstock with my Twinkling H20's and then used me Cuttlebug leaf templates to make these pretty leaves... I used Distress Stickels on the leaves... what fun that was... I think I used about 10 different colors... I loe using them..

The Spider is a 3D sticker...??? Can't remember who made her...???

The Banner... Party at the nest!!! Don't you love it and the cutie peeking out of the tree..???  Well... that is only part of it...

On the inside...is where the party is... at the Nest!!!

The background paper was a gift from a friend... and then I stamped and painted the owls....

I bet you didn't know that Owls' are a wild bunch of birds!!!
They wait until we all go to sleep and then they get all dressed up in these wild feathers and Party all night long... in the dy time, they take off these wild looking feathers and look just like other birds... with normal looking feathers...  These are the fun ones...

I had so much fun making this fun card..
Hope you enjoy it...

I also made it for 11 challenges...

Snow Angel

Okay I know it is a little early for snow... and a Snow Angel.. but I wanted to do a purple card... I wanted to use this new Sweet Pea Stamp... I wanted to use my new Tim Holtz Elegant Flourishes... so here is is...

Snow Angel of sweetness…  what a precious little thing she is too.  Wow… I love this stamp… Sweet Pea really does it nicely too.  Love these..

I have to say prior to starting to how I made this card… that I only used WHITE CARDSTOCK!!!!
Anyway I painted her with Twinkling H20’s… and then also used some markers and also my silver Gel pen… as a lot of these challenges wanted silver… so I used the real thing…

I also used something that I think you will love to play with too. Heating and Air conditioning tape… it is silver… a whole role is only a few bucks and will last a long long long time…  used it for all kinds of things… I ran mine thru the Cuttlebug snow narrow folder… and that is what is over on the left side…

I also used the snow flake semi frame from the Winter Wonderland series… you can order these from Toyz 4 Paper …
I used Ranger inks on them and then used my gel silver pen to accent areas I desired to show off the snow flake etc… then I added  some Elegant Flourishes by Tim Holtz’s die template… and used a silver pen to cover the white… and then added silver glitter… wow… Putting it all together adding gems and glitter where needed…

A real Snow Angel…

Okay… this card is for a few challenges also …

#1.  Sweet Pea   Show us your dream…  I dream of purple… I love it… and love to use it… can you tell..

#2..Oh Alice… Card with a hole or window… like jumping down a HOLE!!!  Well my angel is in a snow window…

#3.  Flutter by Wednesday… I think I have put a card in this challenge everyday… I love things that fly… and flitter… these gals also always come by and leave such lovely messages… they are a super nice group of creative gals…

#4.  Crazy 4 Challenges …   BLING… lots of BLING… I think I have enough for the year..

#5.  Crafty HO Challenge…  a picture inspiration…
My water is just a little bit on the cold side… LOL… like frozen water… but the purple is there… I love this picture…

#6.  Sentimental Sunday… Dimension… I have a lot of dimension… but not as much as normal… your challenge will get a few more from me this week… don’t worry.. the dimension on this is the flourishes, the gems and the frame around the Sweet Pea…

#7.  Paper Sundaes   …. Things with Wings… oh she has wings alright… pretty ones too..

#8.  On SCS Fun 4 All challenge #31  Scallops…

Thanks for taking a look today on my blog… I have a lot of seasonal fall cards below… and have been having a lot of fun creating them this season… hope you have enjoyed them..

Finch on the Teasel

Fall is such a lovely time... on our farm the Teasel is all in full bloom and the finches are totally enjoying it... so are the butterflies and other beneficial insects... they are all so very important in our lives... and we should all be careful not to disrupt their lives..

Okay... today the Just Rite Challenge... wow... loved doing this... but I did have a lot of trouble trying to decide which stamps to use... but I chose the finch... it will not be long before they will head further south... so I am going to enjoy them while they are around here...

My card...

The sketch is just like this... the hard part was deciding what Spellbinders to use... and with what stamps...

I scored the back ground for additional texture... and also added The grand lace for more texture... and also part of the sketch...  but the paper piercing is also added for texture.   Such a lovely way to add textures to these cards...

Everything is popped and raised from the back of the card... and it is all very easily mailable too... generally my cards need a BOX... I am trying to get better though.... so that my mail bill will come down..

I stamped the bird twice and cut him out and popped him too..

Of course the outer ring is popped ... and the bow is added for color and zing!!!!

I did have fun with this card... and hoe that you have fun with this set of stamps.. they are really nice...

Have a lovely day... thanks for stopping by my Blog for a visit... and please come back soon...

Dragonfly Fairy

Today has been a very trying one so far... The Blog has changed their picture up load... so I have to upload it into a album first and then transfer it into the blog... just another step... a little bit longer process... Why is it that computers were suppose to make our life easier??? and instead it has gone the other way??? Oh dear me...

Oh well.. enough complaining... here is the card I made this morning for a few challenges...
To me she is the Dragonfly Fairy... I love her... a new Sweet Pea Stamp to me... so very special.  all the flowers and the dragonflies... all the special things I love...

I am also very in love with Asian things... I know I never do any for the blog... but I will.. hold on...
These Sweet Pea Stamps sort of pull me there... so that is good.. .and I will get some Asian influence going on...

First off... I made the background paper with H20's... adn then using a 5x7 embossing Asian folder by Cuttlebug, I created the bamboo... and I painted it with h20's also... and then ran an ink pad over it... ranger of course...

I also created the purple paper behind the dragonfly fairy... H20's and then using a spellbinder, cut them out... The Sweet Pea stamp... I painted with my Twinkling H20's and also used some tombow markers...
Then I have these really elegant dragonfly stickers... and I used a few of them.. .

This card is slightly different than most... even though it is 5x 7... which 99% of my cards are... It is a gat card... look closely and you will see that it opens just a little bit beyond the bamboo...  Can you see the black paper?? that is where the card opens... fun and games... a little bit different and a little uniquely different to work with... I like doing that...

Okay... challenges...

#1   On Split Coast Stampers... F4A31... which stands for Fun 4 All 31 challenge... is to create scallops... which are behind the Dragonfly fairy...

#2..Flutterby Wednesday... wow... winged things... I have a few... the vellum is also dragonflies...

Then the sketch...

#3.  This is from Pixie Cottage and I used it yesterday and I loved it... so I am using it again today... that is why I opened the card where I did... I wanted to try something a little bit different with this great sketch.

Thanks...

#4.  Sweet Pea Challenge... this is their first challenge on their blog... so I wanted to create a few cards for them... the challenge is to show us your dream...
My Dream... I always wanted to go to Hong Kong and paint the people... I almost made it on the Ship Hope... but got married instead... glad I did.. My husband is well worth it... in all ways.  but I still love the Asian influences ... and love the people... they are so beautiful to me...

#5.  Stamping Vacation.... To use three things on their list... circle tag, string, vellum, string, frame, brad, black paper, eyelet, anything yellow, image with a building...  I hope to get to all these things prior to the end of the  month..  so today...  I used black paper, vellum, and circle tag, three more items...

#6.  The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge...
I am sure there are more challenges that this one fits into... but this is all that I have at this time..

#7.  Taylored Expressions Sketch is so similar... that I also entered there as well.. I love their work... so I will be going there often now... Thanks..

I do hope that your day goes better than mine is... and that you have a wonderful day...
Take it easy... create something beautiful... and share it with someone... Thanks for stopping by for a visit and see you again really soon..

FALL Anniversary Card

I love to Create and also I am really starting to love to do cards for multiple challenges... really gets me going... I copied all the new challenges... and then sat and tried to figure out how to get the most onto a card!!!! That looks nice... that is the most important to me... This card is going to very dear friend... who lives in Washington... and their anniversary is this coming month... so it needed to be a fall card... and a fun loving card... and not too fussy... not to masculine... and then all the challenges... I did it...

10 Challenges.. but I can't get onto the last one... it is too filled with cards... and because I am on dial up... it just won't download... but I did forfill it... all the same...

I will show you the card... I do happen to love it.

Okay.... before I go on and on... let me tell you that this also has a sketch challenge attached to it.. But I can't get it onto the blog right this minute... (crazy again... )

I took the sketch and pulled it all apart and made 3 layers of it... but it looks the same... so that is all that counts...

The Sketch is by Pixie Cottage Challenge #37  and if you go there ... you will see the sketch I used...
that is IF I don't get it up on this post..

I used Just Rite Stamps for the front of the card...  and will put it into the Flickr Gallery so that all can see it there as well.. There are so many pretty cards in there.. Take a look and see them all.   I colored the corn and the leaves with markers, twinkling H20's and also some chalks to tone the colors down..

Stamptacular Sunday Challenge  #77 says to use a GRID... you really can't see it here... but the leaf panel is all diamonds...

When you look at the card it is very subtle, as the pattern is a little overbearing in that area... but it is very nice... I like it the best of all grids I have done...

Flutter by Wednesdays' Challenge  ask us to use anything that is WINGED... so I have a crow on the top... and a small black bird in the inner circle next to the corn... his tail is sticking out of the circle... love it when I can do fun things like that..
Didn't want the bird contained... it is free... in all ways.

Paper Sundaes Challenge #36 ask for Fall or Halloween colors... yikes... I think I used 100% of them...

And Pile it on... where you are suppose to do more than one challenge as well as their own challenge... was to use Red , Yellow, GREEN and Brown... The green is around the circle... tiny little leaves... and then Celebrate your day... also has green leaves... so there is green on the card... and I think that 10 challenges is piling it on... what do you think???

Craty Creations ... they ask for Falling Leaves, Fall Colors, Fall Harvests and Fall leaves... I have them all..
wow... that was fun.. I know that they only wanted one.. but I did them all.

Stamping Vacation..  They have this challenge all month long... I love it... as it fits so many of my cards... if it doesn't... I make sure it does... Circle tag... I have 4 on there... One frame... Black paper (the little bird.. and something yellow... Paper... also the corn does have yellow on it..

Here is the sketch.. finally it decided to come out...

It is from the Pixie Cottage Challenge..

This picture is from the Shabby Tea Room Challenge... and I do love it.. it really is quite charming... but it brings back memories... not that I used a chalk board in class... but I think we all had them at home... it was good to use for math problems...

The reader ... well now that might have been one I used.. .LOL!!!!  .  really too!

Shabby Tea Room wanted us to use this picture as inspiration... and I did... if you look closely, you will see behind the corn... print... I used Tim Holtz tissue tape... and I also used Musical tape for the second panel

Front lower panel opening up...

As you can see the card opens and there is another panel... and here is where I have the 4" circle... I just couldn't cover it all up... I had to let it be seen at some point... so here is it..

The leaves I made by painting white card stock with Twinkling H20's and then using my Cuttlebug Fall leaves to cut them out...

The circle... I used the new Spellbinder Beaded Circle and also the classical circles... to cut out all the circles... and the scalloped to cut out the one of the front of the card...

I put black paper lace that I made with a Martha Punch... along the inside panel...

I wanted the break in colors... the eye needs to rest a little bit when you use so many different patterns... and also so many things on a card... All of the papers I used are by K and Company... I do love their papers... they are delightful to use..

Now as I told you in the beginning... this is a card for an Anniversary... so I had to come up with something FUNNY...

So the inside of the front of the card...

The 9th challenge... by The Crazy Challenge which wants us to use a recipe...
I just used a different type of recipe... it is for a Happy Marriage..

SAYS IT ALL......

Recipe for a Happy Marriage

Go NUTS over each other...  and the squirrel paper is so perfect for that ... and a few leaves...

I mounted the circle on paper that I painted with H20's...

There is really an inside of the card... where I will be able to write and sign the card...

But that is it...other than the 10th Challenge... which is The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge... which is for ANYTHING GOES...

I really had fun doing all these challenges... and I created a card for friends for their anniversary... how neat is that... love it..

Hope you enjoyed your travels along with me on this card... I sometimes worry that I am too wordy... but then I get asked things like for the Pumpkin Soup recipe... which I will post on the Good Eating Blog... and also asked how I did this or that... so hopefully if you do have any questions I will try and answer them on here as soon as possible..

Oh I forgot... the size of this card... is 5 x 7 ... and when open 13" x 7"  as the front panel is 5 inches and the second panel is only 3 inches.. oh my... so much fun ...

Hope you had a wonderful fall day... it has been a little bit on the warm side here... but we did enjoy it...
See you real soon... tomorrow with more Just Rite... and maybe even some Sweet Pea ... we will see how the time goes...

Pumpkin Soup

You know sometimes a card goes together really fast... and with total ease... as this one did... and it is for 10 challenges also.!!!!  Yikes... But it was easy... and I am not kidding... and I had a lot of fun doing it.  We were finally having a little bit of rain...not much... actually just enough to create a problem for the plants...so it was nice and comfy in my studio and I was playing!!!!!

Oh yes it is a tag card also... and it is a recipe card... Pumpkin soup... love it... so good.. what a fun way to pass on a recipe too.

So this is what started the card...
#1.  Paper Craft Star, (link below)  says to make a card with a 5.5 x 5.5 base... then mat that is 5x5   and score mat 5 times at 1/4 inch... then add 3 flowers,  from a die cut or punch and 3 buttons and twine... okay... that was ONE challenge..

#2.. Then I had this really fun sketch challenge from 2 Sketches 4 You... and this is what it was...

So I did that on another mat piece... which I embossed with a Cuttlebug Pumpkin Patch folder... and colored it with Ranger Antique Linen and then painted the pumpkins with Twinkling H20's... and also a few marker strokes around the leaves...  Then I used some of Tim Holtz's Tissue Tape... to create a nostalgic look for this next challenge... which really motivated the recipe and also the colors... a little of a lot of things actually... you will see...
#3...  Shabby Tea Room Challenge!!!  Love this look... thanks for this...I love the picture... This was the picture that was to inspire us... and it did... that is for sure...  I used my new tapes, my theme of the round shape(apple = pumpkin)  and then school idea... the calendars, and the words...

#4.  Stamping Vacation Challenge... I had to use 3 items from this list...
circle tag, String,  Vellum, Frame, Image with a building, brad, black paper, eyelet, anything yellow!!!

I used the string... or twine... and the black paper which you will see in a little while... and the yellow... my goodness all over ... but I did use yellow Distress stickles on the Pumpkin eyes...
#5.  Flutter by Wednesday... I love these challenges... as I always love to put things onto my cards that have wings... this one is the lovely CROW... By the way... I also won the Challenge at Flutter by Wednesday last week... thank You very much Flutter by Wednesday!!!!  I am looking forward to getting some lovely Butterflies... I will show them to you all when I receive them.. .I promise... The challenge this week is to put ANYTHING that has wings onto your project!!!!  No Problem...

#6.  Paper Sundae Challenges #36... to use Fall or Halloween colors...  I have used all Fall Colors... Love the lime green for this time of year too..

#7.  Stamptacular Sunday Challenge #77 was to use a grid pattern... I actually used three.. .one is the five lines on the side... and then also the pumpkins on the back of the second matt... the third one.... the CALENDARS.... over on the left

#8.  Whoopsie Daisy challenge is to pile on the flowers... so I put three on there... but each flower is actually 5 layers... so there are over 15 flowers...

#9..  The Crazy Challenge this week... oh my goodness... not really crazy to me... but maybe because I am crazy.... LOL.. anyway... they wanted a RECIPE!!!  The challenge is called In the Kitchen... so the recipe is of course Pumpkin Soup... and it is on the back of the tag... short simple and fun to make...

I used Tim Holtz tissue tape all over the tag... okay... I just got them all.. and I love them... I am actually going to make some Christmas altered boxes with the tapes... What fun... huh??? I will show them... don't worry...

The tag is made from an old Sizzix red die cut... do you still have some hanging around... I certainly do... and then I used my Cuttlebug Pumpkin and embossed it...

Using a white gel pen I wrote Pumpkin Soup... and the colored the pumpkin with some markers... I love doing fun things...

#10... The last but certainly not least challenge is The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge.... where it is ANYTHING GOES... I am not sure I can get on there... it all depends on the dial up system tonight... last time I made a card for this challenge I couldn't get it on... the challenge has so many cards on there... and poor old computer tried ... but it finally said.. NOT NOW...  LOL.. That is okay... I love to use these challenges anyway..

So that is a nice card... 10 challenges... the stamp is by Inkadinkadoo.. and I used a Spellbinder label #16 for the cut out... every layer is pop dotted, so the tag fits in really easily... I cut the leaves out with scissors... and used a piece of scrap paper by Anna Griffin...

Wow... do you think I have enough info down here about this one little card????

I certainly hope so... all the paper I used was white card stock... and I buy my cardstock at Wally world... Now I have told you everything and a little bit more...

Hope you have a wonderful evening... I will be trying to link this card to all these sites... that will actually take me longer than it took to make the card... I just love dial up... NOT THE TRUTH AT ALL....

Love, Light and Peace... Bonnie

Whoopsie Daisy

Oh what precious little ones to play with this week on the Cuttlebug Challenge ... Whoopsie Daisy digital images are just so adorable and cute.. I love them all.. I can see I am going to have to get a lot more of these...
Each gal on the Design team was given a sheet of these great digital to create with... I have fun to say the least and will be using these a lot... I love them...

Isnt' she jsut adorable... shy cute and perky... all in one little girl...

I had to add these flowers all around her... she is just in need of them...

Of course I used a Cuttlebug Blossom folder for the background and a sheet of paper that I painted with the Twinkling H20's... I love the effects I got with all these combined...

I made all the flowers with punching softer paper and then using there of each flower to make one...

Now this little one... I made her small.. but she is just so cute... I wanted the roses to surround her... and to show her off this way... She is just the cutest little one I have seen in a long time...

Now when you go to Whoopie Daisy site... you are going to have a hard time...They are all so cute...

I love them so very much.. .

I also used the Swiss dot HEART  folder (sorry can't find the name of this one... anywhere... anyway... it is hearts instead of dots... so cute!!!!! )  and the Spellbinder called eyelet circle... Along with a trellis from Martha...

Well have fun at the Whoopsie Diasy site.. her banner is on the left side... click on it, and it will take you there. it is with all the Sponsors of Cuttlebug Challenge...

Buttlefly Meditation

Oh sometimes we have to look a little bit deeper to really know what is going on in ones mind... Especially when someone is in deep thought... like a meditation... especially with a butterfly... How precious is this one.. Love it...

Okay.. this card is only for a couple of challenges...
One is for Cute Care Thursday.. where you have to use a butterfly ...

Oh Alice wanted Mythical creatures... which this one is, with the purple hair... although I guess today... it is not mythical at all... but to me it is...

and

Then how about the sketch Challenge at Mojo MOnday.... Love it... that is what I used to create this card with...
I used the butterfly vs. the ribbon... as this card needed to be a little bit on the light weight side... even thought it is a huge card of 5.5X8.5... it will go nice and light...
The background on this card... I used a resist technique with twinklng H20's... and then some inks to accent where needed...

The punching... oh some of that fun punching... look under tutorials... on my blog here ... and you will find out how to create it... love doing them..

This card is also going into the Sweet Pea Challenge too..

So another card... another day.. .and more blogging... now for dinner, a little relaxation... a few friends to talk to... and then bed... which has been calling to me all day long...

Hope your day has been a good one... Love, Light and Peace...Bonnie
