Bloom where you are planted

Bloom where you are planted… a really very real saying that so many of us should follow all the time… and not worry about the other side of the fence… what others are thinking or doing… but we always tend to do so… so this saying to me is a very strong, and true statement… and I love it…

Bloom where you are Planted

So I had to create a fun type of thing with it…

I used for the frame, a Martha Stewart punch… which is so very sweet… I love this punch… and the border section of the punch set broke… and I called Martha Stewart and they replaced it… so now I have the entire set again… and I love love love it…  I used a soft sage Bazzill paper to create the frame…
close up of the bunny and medallion

Then using the Cuttlebug Embossing and cutting folder called Carly, I  made the next layer… but I added a little fence in there…  and also a  few other things… LOL.. I certainly know how to do that, don’t I?   I put a piece of tri dotted paper behind the oval… and then also a nice little medallion that I will tell you all about in a few seconds…

I colored the one stem… and put a Pretties by Bonnie flower on the stem… The flower was created with three flowers… a 2 inch, 1.5 and 1.25 inch flowers… each one was colored… and then molded and then glued together to create this bloom…

Okay… the medallion…  I used one of the new pieces from a Spellbinder set… and then added a sentiment from Just Rite… and then a frame from Just Rite… which had been cut out using a spellbinder…  I colored this layer with markers and also some Bundled sage ink by Ranger…

The RABBIT…. Well this past week-end I went to my group meeting… down at Scrapbook Creations… what fun we are going to have there… meeting in a STORE… yikes… that could be expensive… but I tried to be good… which I sort of was… but you see each time I walked out to my car… I saw these adorable little bunnies starring at me… and so I had to buy them…  They are stamps made from Photo polymer… of something like that… and they stink very very bad… I have to keep them in an air tight box… other wise my head throbs and my mouth gets dry… but I think they are so very cute… this is one of them… a little rabbit with three chicks… you will see more as I go on here…    I used marker to color the rabbit… and even though most people think of the BUNNY as being white.. I wanted him to be natural.. so I colored him naturally…  browns and tans… I love him…

Hope that you do too… and that you are having a wonderful day… totally enjoying the spring… go outside and sink your feet into a pile of soil…. It feels so very good… it is called grounding and will help to balance your body… so nice… 5 minutes everyday will help you to stay more balanced and feel good… TRY IT… you might like it…  or walk around for a while on the grass…. Or anything… grounding with the earth is so very important and we don’t do it…

Thanks for stopping by… and have fun..
Love, Light and Peace....Bonnie

Such a great card. Also the sentiment is such a good reminder. (sometimes hard to do but well worth the effort)
