You and me...

This week on I am the Diva  it is the 81st challenge... and this is how it is stated...

This week I have teamed up with the Diva and been graciously allowed to guest host this weeks Diva Challenge to bring awareness (and hopefully a little cash!) to this worthy cause.   for the Rely for Life....

So for all the details etc...  go to the above link... they are looking for donations... I am so very happy that so many people are so loving about this... Our local one is held in May... so many people are involved with this terrible thing... so all the help that they can get is GREAT...  My father passed away with Cancer... and so I am very aware of how quickly and fast the disease will attack a body...

Which brings me to my Zendalas for this challenge...

There are so many things that we can do to help so that we are not stricken with this deadly disease too... so this is where my thoughts are also...  Do you know that the radiation if coming towards the West coast of the USA???
Make sure that the produce, fish and anything else you desire to eat is SAFE... and that it doesn't have any radiation problems... I am so worried about all the life that is in our oceans that will be effected by this...  so that is what my zendala is all about...  the fish, the plants in the oceans... also the plants on land...  we need to pay attention... not only to what is coming on land...  but also so that we dont' have the same problems with generating stations...  something to think about... turn off the lights you are not using... turn the AC off... think about what you are using... and is it truly necessary...

The chains in the middle of the zendala are to bring to your mind... what is holding us all together... ???  Think about it...  oh my goodness...  chains...  chains of love, peace, and caring...

Here is a close up of the individual circles....  The attention was paid on the themes...  wow.. my mind is so working over time...

I used echoism, Knightsbridge, inapod, lilypads, linkd and I modified a few too...  I do love this type of art... it is truly like eating peanuts... bet you can't do just one tangle today???    I am working on the alphabet...  fun to play...

Then I start to think about all the problems that we have with even the food chain in this country...  GMO's... and the snakes in the grass...  thus my zendala here...  Pearls of Wisdom...  think about what you are eating... you are after all what you eat...

Eat whole foods... no processed foods...  eat organic, and enjoy the food for a change...

Corn is one of the most eaten genetically modified organisms that is eaten...  (GMO)  and it is loaded with chemicals... ones that you can NOT wash off.. it is on the inside of the veggie...  so think about it...  do you really need to eat that kind of thing... protect yourself from all these horrible dis- eases...  Eat Clean...

I have stepped down off my soap box now...  had to do this... it needed to come out in my art too...  we are so connected to our art in so many ways...

I went to Lee Ann's blog to leave a message for her... it took me over an hour to down load here blog... which wasn't that bad... but I wanted to leave a message for her.. but because of this 'WONDERFUL' dial up, I can not connect... so here is the message Lee Ann.... Thank you so very much for all the wonderful message you are always leaving on my blog...  you always leave a positive loving message...  thank you so VERY MUCH.... all of you do... thanks so very much...  I really wish I could see all your work... but Lee Ann's is truly wonderful... hope that I can reach that level of tangling...  keep it up ... and thanks for the love you send with each message...

Lorraine, in Scotland... thanks for the wonderful words.. you are a sweetheart...  I wish I could write to you...

All of the people that have left messages that are involved with tangling ALL seem to be such loving people... it is because you are all connected to the inner being... and letting it shine out through your drawing and doodling... thanks for all the love... to each and every one of you...

With that... I have said all I need to say today... at least for now... LOL...  Have a good one... tangle many lovely things... and enjoy each and every one of them...  thanks for the opportunity to share...I just posted about 20 or so tangles that I have done in the past few weeks... just click on the Zen Tangles in the right hand side of the blog...  hope you enjoy them...

Also thanks for stopping by for a visit... and hope to see you soon...  I am addicted and lovin it all...  tangle away...
Love, Light and Peace...Bonnie

  2. Your little fishes are just toooooo darn cute for words. I also feel the same way about GMO's except all my friends say if we didn't have GMO's we wouldn't have enough food to feed everyone. (I try to explain this isn't true) But to not avail explaining to them that the mass production is usually used to feed livestock (which we should eat less of) doesn't seem to really sink in for them. - - - I vote for MORE ORGANIC VEGGIES!!!! go go go. Ok i need to get off of the soap box too. haha

  3. Your Diva Challenge entries are fantastic! I love the way you tie your thoughts into your designs - very creative. I too try to conserve and be mindful of how I am using the earth's resources. I try to re-use and recycle all that I can. Thanks for giving us a reminder.
