Kaleidescope of Colour

Oh the Challenge at Simon Says Stamp and Show was right in the direction that I needed to play in today... I am working on another collection of flowers for Pretties by Bonnie and wanted to play with the flowers I had drawn... so here are a few of them...

I also have had the desire to play with colors that have not always been my favorite to use... as I have been into blues, purples and pinks... with greens... and as you can see these are reds, yellows, and yes some pinks... but the blues and purples are in the background... so that is good... right???  The back ground!!!!
Wow... I had all these little pieces of paper that I just can't throw away... Twinkling H20's were painted on the papers and they were so pretty...  so I had saved them... and I don't know about you, but I hardly ever remember to use things like that... but today I had figured it out that I wanted to cut them into 1x1 inch squares...  and glued them onto a piece of black 8.5 x 11 bazzill....  and then moved onto the flowers...
Here is a close-up of the squares... I love adding the gold to the paper while it is wet...  and it glistens really wildly on this project... which I think is going to be cover on my latest journal...

I personally dont' put a cover onto a journal until it is all finished... as the cover gets so messed up while I am creating in the journal...  LOL... so I am not totally sure where this is going to be applied yet... but it will make a statement... I love the colors...  and it is a Kaleidoscope of  Colour
 to say the least...
I really let loose with color...
I sprayed some of the flowers with Dyan's Dylusions... Love those powerful little bottles of color... WOW... what a pow of color they create...

I did a class this week-end and was showing the gals to layer the flowers...  and then to add the Liquid Pearls into the center... I hope they are looking at this blog today and will see the center of this flower...  I did layer and also molding the petals of the flowers...
And I did the same with the Black Eyed Susan, which I love so much...
I have tucked flowers into all kinds of places... I even had to take some off... because you wouldn't have been able to see the background...  LOL... and I love the background too..
The leaves are colored with Tim's Distress Markers... and then I used Perfect pearls mist on them... love the shine to the leaves.... leaves talk for the flower at times...  so I wanted them to be really a thing all unto themselves.. but they just help...

I think the flowers in this really are screaming LOVE THESE COLORS...

I love the butterfly... but the flower over take the butterfly... the flowers are so very vibrant and alive...

But that is good... it is the way it is with these flowers..
So do you think that these flowers are bright enough??? I love them...

So alive... and that is the way I feel today...

Thanks so very much for stopping by... and hope that your day is BRIGHT and Happy...  and that no matter what is going on that you can feel that I am sending these happy and loving feelings your WAY.... take it all...

but enjoy every minute of this wonderful Monday...
Love, Light and Peace...Bonnie
