A huge Challenge of 33 ... Dare To Get Dirty... wow..

Okay.. I have only one more card to do later today... I have just finished these and love them all.. hope that you get some inspiration of some kind to create during these hot summer days... I really feel like taking a nap and staying cool.. but had to push to get these cards done..

I loved creating this one.. an all time FAVORITE...
First off.. the back ground paper.. .a sheet of K and Company paper... love their papers.
Then I added a sheet of paper I made with alcohol inks from Ranger... added some gold leafing to it... just to jazz it up a little bit...
Then... I a was following a sketch... so I had to add the white panel area... so I used Grace's Frame (Cuttlebug folder) and cut the center out... with a Spellbinder die..
Now the girl/woman... is printed with Stazon on a sheet of plastic from a Cuttlebug folder... LOL.. I don't like to waste anything... and if I can recycle I will.. at all times..
But this time, I didn't expect the results I got.. .and I love her over the paper I made with the alcohol inks... stunning in my book... when you see it in real life... wow.. she is really powerful... you loose so much with cameras and computers... but a necessary thing at this time..
I then made the large pink flower using a flower from PRETTIES BY BONNIE and also the leaves... and then added a few misc flowers that were floating around my work table area... I love this card... I added the soft ivory bow... and fell in love with this card...

I make a lot of cards... and this one is really an all time favorite...
hope you can see the beauty in her..

Another challenge to create a card.. .and this time... I use two challenges in one.. .
I love this Sweet Pea stamp... Thanks again Kim.. she is really so precious... love her..
I used a punch that I can only use on thinner papers behind her.. a blue hill punch called lotus... and of course the Martha Stewart shell punch..

I used two Cuttlebug Folder...
Polka Dot in the back ground and one the circle Floral Screen ... Love these two folders... not that I dont' like all the rest... mind you.. I think I have them all.. and use them all. .

Just got a few new Christmas ones and am going to play with them soon..
Another tutorial is next on the list of things to do.. .one with strip punching.. then one on Cuttlebug Quilling... wow... fun things... so if you need the Quilling templates I have a few extra left.. not many... Go to my store.. TOYZ 4 Paper
I can get them out to you tomorrow..

Oh what fun combining all these fun things...
I made all that paper on this card...
The background paper... Twinkling H20's...
The Scene ... using my Ranger re-inkers to create this scene...
then the strip that is punch... ink on paper
The Tea Bag tiles, I designed and printed them... then created the medallion wreath..
I had to cut down the picture I made with the inks.. and needed a little something up on the left top corner... so I cut the strips and added them to the card..
I really had fun creating this card...

Have you ever created a scene like this with your inks... I love doing it.. the mountains are made but tearing a pattern adn then dragging colors onto the paper with sponges.. .a fun filled technique.. then I had to add a strip of paper over this ... and really didnt' want to disturb the picture so I added some tree s to it... (the yellow paper)
Also I had to add something that went right across the entire design... and again I didn't want to disrupt the scene... so I cut with a knife into the cneter of the design... made a slit long enough for ribbon to slide thru it.. .and added the ribbon and bow!!!!! LOVE it.. so much fun.. a little bit different and fun... you have to move out of the box you live in... or you become an old fuddy dud... right??? So I moved... hope you will try this technique too. it is fun..

One more card... and I have to add that most of these cards are sketch challenges.. so I was pretty free to create as I desired with themes.. .
This one was create thru new toyz wanting to be used... like Kassies Brocade Cuttlebug folder... adn also this crochet flower that Deana made for me.. I took another scene made with my trusty Ranger re-inkers... and cut it out with a spellbinder.. added some pearls (they are light brown ones too.) and then the rest is really easy..

Used Antique Lined re-inkers on Kassies Brocade folder.. .adn mounted on the same lovely golden yellow...
Wrote Peace on a piece of paper ...and cut that out as needed... mounted everything and enjoyed it..

It was so very hot the day I made this card... over 110... and so I needed to cool off ... what better way than to make a snowman!!!!

I started off with a sheet of snowflakes created with Cuttlebug folder... then I also made a strip of snowflakes using a thin folder... and then used a sponge to lightly put color onto the papers ... which were all white..
I colored my snowman... who someone gave to me... and mounted him onto a scalloped circle that I cut from a spellbinder die..
A few random snowflakes.. and I was done..

Love it .. and I stayed nice and cool.. really did..

A happy Birthday sunflower... plain and simple.. .I drew the sunflower and then layered it... and cut a scalloped circle with spellbinders dies... adn then ran it thru the swiss dot folder... ran black ink over it... and glued it all together... DONE... easy and so cute... I painted the flower with Twinkling H20's.. .what else.. .

Hope you have enjoyed these cards today...
Check out my new store...
TOYZ 4 PAPER
click here ... or go to the top right picture of my hand... and click on it... they will both take you there... you can also buy other Cuttlebug items... they will just take a little bit longer to gt into stock... I have to say... Cuttlebug/Provo has just moved ... and reorganized and the orders are coming out fast... so with a week I am amost having the product in my hands.. that is great...

Enjoy... play with paper... created something fun..

I LIVE, I CREATE, I AM
Love, Light and Peace.... Bonnie
