I have been away from card making for a while… I needed to make a special book for Glenn, my sweet hubby… and so I took a whole week of spare time and created this scrapbook for him on all the Equipment he has had over the years… he loves the book and I still have to put it all together… but the pages are done…
So prior to doing the book, I wanted to clean up my work space… and came across these two pieces of paper that I had cut and hadn’t used.. I knew if I put them away… that they would never get used… so I used them… and created this card…
I used my Martha Stewart scoring pad and made the pleated paper… and then put that down the center to cover the line between the two papers… and then used a Just Rite Stamp to create the center piece… I used my Spellbinders to cut it out… love the look of the border around it… so perfect… great idea..
I added a few flowers from Pretties by Bonnie… and colored them to match the paper color… and added a few foliage leaves using a Spellbiner…
A simple card.. and my desk was cleaned up to start my scrapping…
I will be spending some time scrapping off and on.. as I have to get some of these pictures taken care of…
I will share some of the pages with you as I go along…
Have a fun time…
Love, Light and Peace....Bonnie
