#6 Twelve Days of Christmas Tag Challenge

I am on a roll.... here is tag #6....

Oh.. I have to tell you that I am doing the

TWELVE DAYS of CHRISTMAS

with

THE FUNKIE JUNKIE...

..My Inspiration from your Tag Linda.....  

 I love the snowflake and the stacked words..

and the doily…

and the BACKGROUND…

 did I say that I love this tag????

really nice… 

Joy to the WORLD…

 all of us deserve a JOY…

 every day in this wonderful world that we live in…

JOY…. 

So…

Joy was my inspiration… 

JOY

 

The whole tag was an inspiration actually,

 as I wanted to layer and layer…

and add JOY at the end in words… 

so I did just that… 

 My first trial was the ornament…

 it takes an eternity to cut this die cut… 

 at least 20 times thru the machine…

 and turning, adding shims etc…

not my favorite to cut out…

 but it is so very delicate and beautiful that I couldn’t resist…  then I colored it gold…

yes it was white… 

 

 

 

Then I stamped my angel…
 look at her closely…

she has three BLUE BIRDS in her…

I love her…
  made by inkadinkadoo… 

so great… 
 anyway…

 

she is layered on top of that pretty ornament… 

and all layered onto a piece of paper that I ran thru another embossing folder with snow flakes… 

Using a blue distress ink to create the color on it… 

 I added another layer at the bottom,

using the snow flake border die cut…

 

 

 and then my words

JOY…

JOY… 

 

 

Love this one too… 
oh I just love making tags and cards…
I guess I am addicted to paper…

What a joyous time of the year it is...

Are you ready for the holidays???

Sometimes that holiday has to start within,
prior to coming into reality...
So let the JOY of the holiday season
come forth in all ways...
