I love FALL... everything about it... the colors, the wonderful smells, the ending of one season and the beginning of another ... all of it is so great... it is a reminder that life is eternal all around us... all the time.. Flow and ebb of all Nature...
So with that in mind... my little Pumpkin Fairy is here to say Hi...
Isn't she precious... like all faires that live on our farm... she is harvesting pumpkins in her own way... one at a time.. and choosing only the best for taking and keeping...
I love to see pumpkins growing... we didn't have any this year... we were way to dry... draught has been a very serious problem for us here on the farm...
Okay... this card... The little Fairy is by Sweet Pea... and this is also for a Sweet Pea challenge... and I used Cuttlebug folder of the Pumpkin patch in the background... and also Cuttlebug leaves... do you think I love Cuttlebug... I really do...
I painted both with Twinkling H20's... another favorite... I used clear embossing powder on the pumpkins to make them shine... I don't think you can see it in this picture.. .maybe the next one...
I used the Spellbinder Pumpkin set nd then painted them with H20's and accented with Stickles... wow... love playing like this...
Here you can see here a little bit better up close and friendly...
She is really cute...
I used a lot of purples on her... but did use a little red on her berries.. I love the Bittersweet berries this time of year...
There are stars, fireflies in the skies behind here... created with Glitter...
The Kitten also has white enamal by Ranger on her... she is very textured... wow.. so smooth too..
On the bottom section of this easel card, I have used quite a few things... like the Lacey square... (which finally came in...) and also some black Lace by Martha punches... and some trim with Liquid Pearls.. The limeade paper is Bazzill.. love it too..
The edges on the top and bottom of this card are distressed with the Tim Holtz distressor!!!!
What else...
Okay... so yes I did this card for a few challenges... and will take the time to link... Becuase I love these challenges...
Sweet Pea... to use orange, purple and GREEN!!!
Flutter by Wednesday...
Sparkle and Shimmer... with a fairy...
Creative Cottage...
Bling... my Liquid Pearls are shimmering as are the fireflies in the skies...
Crazy 4 Challenges ... colors orange, green, yellow, brown, black... they are all there... fall colors..
So what do you think... Is this a fall card... can you smell fall yet??? Can you see it yet where you live... the dogwood trees have had all of their berries removed by the birds and squirells... and the leaves are starting to turn red... the oaks are losing their leaves... we will be raking soon...
Hope you hve enjoyed you stay here... thanks for stopping by for a visit... I really enjoy it when you stop by...
Love, Light and Peace...Bonnie
